Getting to the island
Waxholmsbolaget ferry company has at least two departures to Idöborg per day, and more in the summer. You will find current timetables on waxholmsbolaget.se/visitor-information Timetable 17A is for departures from Stavsnäs Vinterhamn and timetable 17B for departures from Saltsjöbaden/Björkvik. An X means that the boat stops. Tickets are sold on the boat and from Stavsnäs the price is 79 SEK/person one way.

When less than 30 days left til your booking you can use the travel planner on www.SL.se/en Enter for instance that you are going from Slussen and Idöborg as your destination and you will get suggestions for both buses and connecting ferrys.
