During the weekend we are on the beautiful archipelago island Idöborg in Stockholm's outer archipelago. In addition to enjoying autumn in the archipelago, we strengthen body and soul with yoga, FreePower, meditation and nutritious food.

During the weekend, Nina offers both Yang and Yin: strengthening Hatha and Vinyasa, heat through Holistic FreePower and tranquility and recovery through yin yoga and meditation. Power and softness in a wonderful mix. We practice in a cozy yoga room overlooking the sea. In addition to movement, there will be time for rest and just being.

You are offered nutritious, vegetarian food prepared with care by Idöborg's talented chefs and live in charming rooms with shared bathrooms located in one of the houses at Idöborg. One of the evenings you can enjoy the island's wood-fired sauna on the island's southernmost cliffs if you wish.

Being close to nature gives an inner peace and new energy. Come and enjoy the archipelago during late autumn!

With a big heart and humor, Nina leads you to meet yourself on the carpet. Technology, anatomy, love of life and funky yoga stuff are mixed in a wonderful mix. Nina has been teaching yoga for over 10 years worldwide and is continuously studying with her teacher Tiffany Chruikshank and Yoga medicine and furthering her education in the Forrest yoga tradition with her mentor Jambo Truong.

Certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Forrest, Yin, Holistic Freepower and children's yoga. Nina also offers her students Reiki and Bodywork. In 2018, Nina moved back to Sweden and opened a studio in Avesta. www.dragonflystudio.se

The retreat starts at 15:30 Fri 8 Nov. Finish at approx. 17:00 Sun 10 Nov.

The participants are responsible for getting to Idöborg. Waxhomsbolaget has a boat from Stavsnäs to Idöborg, travel time approx. 20 min. It is also possible to book a taxi boat.
