Om evenemanget

With extensive experience as a therapist and yoga teacher, Christananda guides participants through deeper lying blockages, emotionally mentally  in  memories, energetically and physically as blockages. We who perform yoga  of some form daily or regularly know that often we cheat  themselves into the comfort zone and avoid perhaps the most basic  solutions for our healing as psychological-spiritual, physical and  energetic individuals. We withhold our highest potential.

With ease in the holotropic breathing , we lead ourselves beyond a certain self-control. We allow ourselves to let go of some everyday mental,  physical control to make room for deeper inner healing. It seems that we ourselves are our biggest obstacles to optimal self-healing and increased  self-awareness. With holotropic breathing, we make room for more than us  previously done.

We follow up with yoga , other breathing exercises, kundalini yoga, hatha yoga, and satsang (group conversations that dispel untruths).

Christananda  Sydow is originally from Germany and has been since the 70's  actively dedicated to yoga and oriental medicine. Christananda has  its yoga roots deep in the classical yoga of India and has adapted  yoga to the west, to suit westerners with their special background  and culture. Christananda stands firm in the ordinary Western  everyday and works dedicatedly with consultations and yoga classes. He  values quality of life both in the inner spiritual as well as in it  external material. With deep understanding,  ease and a lot of humor and  joy he meets each individual's specific needs, where he guides as well  to increased self-awareness as in inner healing.
