We yoga and meditate, practicing both stillness and movement with yoga styles that suit everyone, even the unaccustomed yoga practitioner. We eat a nutritious, homemade and vegetarian diet. There are kayaks and a wood-fired sauna for those who want to paddle or swim. If you want to treat yourself to something extra, you top off your retreat experience with a comfortable body treatment. We stay in the middle of the magnificent nature at the far end of Stockholm's outermost archipelago, on the very own island of Idöborg.

The beautiful landscape is like a bed to relax from the musts and demands. The environment is irresistible and we look forward to welcoming you on board an inner journey in the outer archipelago. On Friday em. If you go out with the Vaxholm ferry to Idöborg, a 30-minute boat ride from Stavsnäs pier, Värmdö. On Sunday you return to Stavsnäs. There is an earlier and a later ferry that you can choose from depending on whether you want to maximize your time out in the archipelago.

About us: We are passionate about body therapy, yoga, human development and personal growth. Together we have an interest in the holistic psychology and doctrine of psychosynthesis that permeates our basic approach in embracing and integrating body, soul, thoughts and emotions. Unn Bronner works as a conversation & body therapist, and Jenni Enigk as a yoga teacher and coach. The theme of this retreat will be to raw about oneself, listen to one's inner voice, try different stress prevention and recovery techniques in yoga, relaxation and meditation. We want to help shape sustainable health routines for mental, emotional as well as physical well-being and rest. Treat yourself to this stress-relieving weekend with a nice spring feeling, and with yoga & meditation in the middle of the beautiful archipelago landscape.
