Ulrica Riedel is a Health Developer, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Global Yoga Instructor & Mindfulness Yoga Inspirer. On a daily basis, she works at a gym in Uppsala as a PT and instructor. Ulrika runs the company Aktiv Glädje MPTE where training trips are a big part. She is a master at inspiring and spreading joy with an energy beyond the ordinary.

Marita Jansson is basically a trained dance teacher but put the dance on the shelf and instead found the yoga she loves. As an educator, it was only natural to become a yoga teacher. Trained in GlobalYoga 500hr, Poweryoga 200h, Yinyoga 100h and Forrestyoga 100h. Marita is a gymnast at heart and loves to guide students into eg head and handstand in a playful way, but also guide deep into the tissue and soul of yin yoga. You can go to her handstand workshops around at various yoga studios. "I want you to find your glow when you do yoga"

Together we have made a number of training trips around Europe. We have been to Croatia, Rhodes, Crete, Fuerteventura, Mallorca etc. The journeys are characterized by community and joy as the most important cornerstones in addition to exercise, good food and drink. Our measure is that you should feel comfortable on our travels, especially if you travel yourself. You should be able to test your limits in a safe and fun way. You must be your true, you completely mad. This also applies now on our weekend at Idöborg.
