Join us for an invigorating, soothing and inspiring experience in a fantastic environment! For three full days we are on the beautiful archipelago island Idöborg in Stockholm's outer archipelago. Here we devote ourselves to profoundly strengthening body and soul with medical yoga, meditation, inspirational lectures, good food, rest and being.

The theme is "Clean Reset" and we do medical yoga sessions consisting of long deep breaths, gentle movements, relaxations and meditations that balance deeply, cleanse and detoxify our body but also our mind from perhaps burdensome thoughts, worries and stress. Everyone can participate and you do not need to have any previous experience of yoga.

During the retreat, we will also listen to lectures with functional medicine coach Lotta Lagerqvist who is co-founder of the company Vitalista and to the podcast "Hälsosnack" which is one of Sweden's largest health pods. We learn an effective method to individually try out a diet that can help the body heal and feel great.

During these three days there is plenty of opportunity for your own time, rest, walks and recovery. We will also have complete silence for a number of hours. For those who want to cleanse and awaken your body further after the winter, there is also the opportunity to swim in the sea and go into the cozy wood-fired sauna. We are served high quality vegetarian food and it is also possible to book a medical massage on site at extra cost.

Madeleine Wilhelmsson educated civilian . as well as a teacher and therapist in MediYoga with specialization in stress management leads this retreat. She has been teaching medical yoga since 2010 and often shows yoga exercises in several of our largest newspapers. She has her own experience of healing from burnout, whiplash and thyroid problems with the help of yoga and today runs the yoga studio YogaMana on Östermalm in Stockholm.
